I don't know my version or loader

Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.

No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

This Mod adds one and oly one advancment to the game. Everyone gets it when they join a server or just start a world. Waboom is a castel and is a insider from a few friends. Also there is no use but cosmetic usage. By installing this mod you get near to the feeling of being a part of the group. The Advancement is called Waboom and the describtion says: You got Waboomed, because it sounds like Boom. Just a litle Joke if you put it in a modpack for your friends.
