Customizable Death Ban

This project adds a highly customizable death ban system to servers featuring A revive item, customizable ban durations and custom GUI's

Expect issues with the new drops. Currently I don't have a server to test stuff on and its pretty late for me.

Revive Totem

The Revive Totem is a specially marked Totem of Undying. While held in either hand it pulses with totem particles. It does not grant the normal Totem of Undying life-saving effect to its holder; its only power is opening the revive GUI.

Crafting:

D R D
N T N
D R D

D = Diamond Block, R = Redstone Block, N = Netherite Ingot, T = Totem of Undying

Use:

Right-click the Revive Totem
Opens the revive GUI for anyone
(only if someone is banned).

Death Events

On every player death:

A list of all available commands

Replace this with a description

Commands:

/hb

Shows current ban duration + usage.

/hb <duration>

Sets tempban duration used on death.
Example: /hb 3d or /hb 12h30m

/revive

Opens the revive GUI (OP only).

/revivegui

Same as /revive (OP only).

/hardcoreban addbanned <name>

Adds a name to the revive GUI list (testing).

/hardcoreban removebanned <name>

Removes a name from the revive GUI list.

/hardcoreban debug on|off

Turns HardcoreBan debug logs on or off.

/hardcoreban deathradius <blocks>

Sets the radius (in blocks) used by the death wither sound and radius death messages. Run with no argument to see the current value.

/hardcoreban deathmessages on|off

When on, a player's death message is only shown to players within the death radius instead of the whole server. Turning this on/off also toggles vanilla's showDeathMessages game rule, since the mod sends the message itself instead.
