There Were a Number of Signs (as you might realise later in life) is a small mod adding number/letter decals and the like for decorative purposes especially on industrial or modern-themed builds.
Features
- Decals
- Small (1-block) and Tall (2-block) decals showing a singular character of the German alphabet each
- Posters
- Similar to banners, but completely flat, and placeable on floors and ceilings
- Design Table
- Used to craft decals and posters from paper and dyes
Usage
Craft a decal item in a design table, and place it. The specific character shown can be changed by right clicking the decal block.
Posters can be crafted the same way, with their patterns set in a loom similar to banners.
Fun Facts
- The decal font is loosely based on the East German equivalent to DIN 1451
- The main reason the mod exists is because I thought banners as floor numbers in my 13x13 hole to bedrock look bad
