Society has progressed little in the past 20 years. The world is falling apart. You still can’t change the Narrator keybinding in Minecraft. Well, now you can.

Features:
- Allows players to change the keybinding used to toggle the Narrator – meaning you’re no longer locked to using Ctrl + B by default.
- Integrates with key-modifier support mods such as AMECS or NoMoreUselessKeys (NMUK): if you use AMECS or NMUK, Rebind Narrator will prioritize modifier key choices (like Ctrl, Shift, Alt) and support multiple alternative key combinations.
- For the Forge version: the mod appears in Forge’s keybindings configuration screen and supports modifier keys within the global KeyConflictContext.
- Because Minecraft processes the Narrator key input very early in the input pipeline, rebinding it may be limited in some situations.
- If you bind the Narrator to a mouse button, it might not work correctly.
- If you assign only modifier keys without a regular key (for example, just Ctrl + Shift without a main key), it may not function.
- If AMECS is not installed, the mod will keep the default behavior (requiring Ctrl + main key) when you bind the Narrator to another character – meaning if you assign it to “K”, you’ll still need to press Ctrl + K.
