Ensures an uncheatable hardcore experience by:
- Forcing newly generated worlds into hardcore mode.
- Kicking the player out of the server when they have permissions.
- Kicking the player out of the server when they have creative.
- Kicking the player out of the server if the world is not hardcore.
Everything also works in singleplayer.
Each of these can be disabled through configs.
