When you Press "B" you can see all potion effects (including Awkward potion as a nether wart) which you can click on and see the recipes for the potions. With the Clock, roman 2, splash pot and lingering pot, you can see the recipes to turn it to a longer/stronger or lingering/splash potion. You can also customize the keybind.
Lost the Mod files unfortunatelly. So no Updates.
