Zombie Improvements Mod changes how zombie leaders and their helpers work in the game. It adds new visual clues and sounds so you can easily spot the boss zombie in a group. It also fixes a few bugs with how zombies call for backup during a fight.
Features:
- Clear Leader Zombies: The mod adds a glowing red aura around leader zombies, similar to a charged creeper. They also get unique textures, special sounds, and a larger size so you can spot them right away.
- Name Tags: Adds a “Leader” prefix to the boss zombie’s name.
- Reinforcement Sounds: Plays a sound when a zombie calls for help. You will hear the sound of the block the new zombie spawns on breaking five times quickly.
- Bug Fixes: Solves game bugs related to how zombies call for extra helpers.
Configuration:
- Change how much damage leader zombies deal.
- Change the chance for leader zombies to spawn.
- Choose to let only leader zombies call for extra help.
- Stop mob spawners from creating leader zombies.
- Stop zombies from mob spawners from calling helpers.
