Heart Visualizer

Heart Visualizer offers three ways to display entity health—Heart Circle, Heart Bar, and Numeric—and its implementation draws partially from the code of HealthIndicators.

Heart Circle

Usage

This mod requires Cloth Config. The default display type is Heart Circle, which appears after attacking a mob. To change the settings, please assign it to a menu button.
