This mod makes you get a random potion effect every x minutes. You can set and change the time with

/SetTimeInterval (time) Changes the time it takes for the player to get a new random effet. The time must be greater than 0.0 and less than or equal to 60.

and with

/randomeffect Gives the player executing the command a random effect.

to manually give a random effect. Effects that you get but already have will be a higher level.
