Parkour Practice 
Spawn a controllable ghost player with a keybind (default F4) to practice parkour jumps before commiting to them. While controlling the ghost player, your normal player looks afk. Normal physics and knockback apply to it. The server has no way of telling you have this mod installed without seeing your mod list.
