He can make attacks have no cooldown like in version 1.8.9. The only drawback is that the attack indicator bar still exists. Fortunately, it doesn't affect him, and I kept the Sweeping Edge. Also, this mod only needs to be added on the server side. If you want the indicator bar to look fuller, please add it on the client side.
