Allows you to place Pointed Dripstone on Hoppers.
This mod also allows you to change what blocks Pointed Dripstone can and cannot be placed on with datapacks by adding entries to the driphopper:dripstone_can_place_on and driphopper:dripstone_cannot_place_on block tags.
By default, driphopper:dripstone_can_place_on contains:
minecraft:hopper
By default, driphopper:dripstone_cannot_place_on contains nothing.
