"How do I get the variants of plushies?"
In addition, you can use the stick to change the variants of the plushies. (Yes a wooden stick.)
"Why are some plushies have weird and unfinished textures?"
Because this mod is still in development, as I mention atop of the mod page.
"Is it coming to Fabric, Neoforge and Quilt?"
No, I don't have any on porting other mod loaders outside Forge
