Adds the DougDoug MugMugs (MugMug, CowCow, MelonMelon, and BrickBrick) to Minecraft as rideable entities. Credit to Cameron7108 for making all of the MugMug models except for the brick. Also adds MugMug and BrickBrick trophy blocks.
