No more serverconfig

This mod redirects the /serverconfig directory to the legacy config directory. This allows settings configured there to automatically synchronize across worlds upon modification, eliminating the need to manually manage defaultconfigs.

Note: This redirection only affects mods utilizing the Forge Config API. Mods that write files directly into the world-specific directory (e.g., voicechat) remain unaffected.
Note: In my own modpack containing over 200 mods, all files that were not redirected by this mod were not actual configuration files. Their contents typically resembled notices like # This config has been moved to config/voicechat/voicechat-server.properties.
