Sniffer Ride

Adds a Torchflower on a stick item, craftable with a fishing rod and a torchflower. When right clicking a sniffer, you will be mounted on to it, and if holding torchflower on a stick in either main hand or off hand, the sniffer walks in the direction youre facing.
