Dynamic Nameplates
Cleaner nameplates. Fully configurable.
Dynamic Nameplates replaces Minecraft’s always-visible player name tags with a more immersive, dynamic system. Nameplates only appear when you’re actually looking at someone, near them, or within a configurable tolerance zone - making gameplay feel more realistic while still preserving useful visibility when you need it.
✨ Features
- Hide nameplates unless players are detected by your gaze, proximity, or awareness zone
- Three rendering modes:
- Crosshair Mode - Nameplate shows only when directly targeted
- Cube Mode - Shows when within a widening “cone of vision”
- Area Mode - Simple distance-based visibility
- Separate close-range and long-range behavior
- Fully configurable distance, angles, and scaling
- Toggle key + hold-to-show key
- ModMenu support for easy in-game configuration
- Client-side only - No server installation required
