Let the potion effect icons be displayed more intuitively above the entity's head.
Support in-game configuration
If you have the epicfight mod, it will cancel the display of the potion effect icon next to the health bar on top of the epicfight mod. This module will automatically exclude entities and potion effects that have not been translated, such as those with long names separated by '.'
