Homes is a lightweight Fabric mod that lets you save and teleport to unlimited personal waypoints, with a clean in-game interface.
Features
/sethome <name>— Save your current position as a home/home <name>— Teleport to a saved home/delhome <name>— Delete a home/lookhome— Open a GUI showing all your homes with teleport and delete buttons
Interface
The /lookhome command opens an in-game screen listing all your homes with their coordinates and dimension. Click TP to teleport instantly, or X to delete. Supports scrolling if you have more than 8 homes.
Details
- Homes are saved per player UUID in a
homes.jsonfile inside the world folder - Data persists between sessions — your homes survive server restarts
- Works in both singleplayer and multiplayer
- No limit on the number of homes per player
