Adds a way to wirelessly interact with a create logistics network. It adds two blocks and one item:
- Wireless Stock Ticker shift click on a stocklink to bind it. Once it is bound it can be used to acces its guy remotley
- Wireless Packager block and item. The item can be used to send items to a bound packager block. The packager block can also send packages to the player holding the item. To bind the item to the block shift click the block using the item;
