The Silly Mod is a very Silly Mod, which adds various things to annoy your friends with. Though some items, do actually have a use.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND A MOD THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH RECIPES SUCH AS JEI OR EMI. THOUGH YOU CAN ALSO UNLOCK THEM IN A RECIPE BOOK BY PLAYING THE GAME NORMALLY.

Some Features
Party popper releasing confetti.
Jelly Beans have a chance to enlarge you, or make you smaller
Reactive Slime blocks, and reactive honey blocks.
This is inspired by portal 2. The reactive honey blocks makes you accelerate infinitely, and the reactive slime block is VERY bouncy.
Gag candles, and Fake candles.
One will always turn itself on, the other will keep putting itself out. (Can be placed on cake.)
