Adds indev wool (cloth) to modern minecraft. Just put a vanilla wool in a crafting table and blast to the past

Makes it possible to craft and use indev wool colors in modern minecraft. Ex putting "red wool" in the crafting table will give you the old "red indev cloth" most are self explanatory what color they will output except brown wool which turns into a shade of blue wool. Carpet variations are also added, but you cannot use the newly added wools to make beds, banners, etc only the wool blocks and carpets are included.
