Erdmen's Beacon introduces six unique area effects that enhance your Minecraft experience.
To activate these effects, you must place one gold ingot, emerald, diamond, or iron ore into the beacon and construct a pyramid with layers corresponding to the desired effect's level.
You can use gold, emerald, diamond, or iron blocks to build the pyramid. Finally, place the Erdmen's Beacon on top of the pyramid.
Effects
Level 1 Effects
Fire Area: Monster entities in the beacon's area have a high chance of catching fire.
Ice Area: Monster entities in the beacon's area have a low chance of slowing down.
Level 2 Effects
Farm Yield: Applies a bonemeal effect to random blocks in the area.
Holly Litter: Cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens can breed on their own in the area.
Level 3 Effects
Harm Mirror: There is a 40% chance that damage taken by the player is negated, and half of that damage is reflected back to the attacking entity.
Fix Field: Provides a mending area for armor and main hand items for all entities (including armor stands).
If you break a block from the pyramid under the Erdmen's Beacon, the effects will cease until you replace the block. When you exit and re-enter the game, or if you move too far away and return, the beacon will stop displaying particles, but it will continue to function.
