RetroKnockback brings back a more old-school feel to mob knockback.
It changes knockback behavior to simulate a beta-style response, making hits feel more immediate and retro compared to modern Minecraft.
The mod includes configurable values for forward and upward motion, as well as an optional beta simulation mode with adjustable vertical behavior.
Features
- Beta-style mob knockback feel
- Configurable forward knockback
- Configurable upward knockback
- Adjustable sine multiplier for beta simulation
- Optional debug commands for in-game testing
RetroKnockback is lightweight, simple, and focused on one thing: making mob knockback feel classic again.
