Description
A mod that allow you to add some tips for your modpack.
Not only can you change the content & title color, but this can also change the tips' cycle duration itself.

This mod is initially for patching Loading Tips mod aren't compatible with the original Waila & Wawla (and I found that I'm not good at patching someone's mod, so, I rewrite it.).
