This is a simple plugin which display the health of a player under the name.
Tested with spigot 1.8.8 and 1.9
if the symbol is not loading right try adding this into your start bash.
-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8

1- put the healthbar.jar into your plugins folder
1- Restart the server.

The mobs health bar only gets update when you hit a mob. This happens because I'm not using holograms.
you can swich it off in the config if you dont like this feature
