Shout Settings
- %custom_prefix% - Displays shout prefix.
- %message% - Displays message the user shouts.
- %world% - Gets the world the user is in.
- %username% - Gets the shouters username
- %plugin_prefix% - Gets the plugins name.
- %time_left% displays the amount of time in seconds the user has left to shout again.
Shout Permissions
- Allows access to /shout
