Astigmatism
Astigmatism is a client-side mod that adds adjustable Gaussian blur effects to the texture atlases (like blocks, signs, particles, etc.), allowing you more control over your modpacks visual style. Inspired by Myopia
It also allows you to export a recreation of the final stitched texture atlases used by the game, so modpackers can inspect it. (1.18 only, this is native in 1.19.4+)
