I don't know my version or loader

Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.

No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Better Tricky Trials MOD

Free and open-source mods for Minecraft 1.21 and higher that adds custom effects for the proper functioning of the Better Tricky Trials DP datapack.

Features

This mods adds from one to three custom effects depending on the game version:

in all versions you will have the dreaming effect which prevents phantom spawning for its owner even if they have not slept for 3 in-game days

For versions lower than 24w35a, you will have the bastion_omen and city_omen effects which will enable you to retrieve all the new key variants in the Better Tricky Trials DP datapack.
