Firstly let me just lay claim to all the code in this.
Its all my code.

To use this plugin you must be running LibsHungergames
What this plugin aims to do is to stimulate MCPVP so those wishing a similar experience need to look no further.
This will include most kits except those I personally think are stupid.
Infact it already includes most kits!
Just download LibsHungergames and run it on the server alongside this!
Permissions
To respawn in first 5 min if you die. Use the permission
hungergames.vip.respawn
To respawn in first 5 min if you join after the game started. Use the permission
hungergames.vip.rejoin
Still to be done
Kits in 'bad kits' aside from enderman.
Minifeasts.
