In 1.20 Mojang has added the Cherry Grove biome.
However, apart from the atmosphere and the name of the wood, there's no food that relates to a real cherry tree.
This Mod therefore adds several new foods, the main one being cherries, which can be dropped from cherry leaves (a bit like apples with oak leaves).
You can either eat the cherry, or make a cherry pie that's a little more saturated than the golden cherry, or a golden cherry that gives you an instant heal effect in a single shot (1 second), which comes in handy for the new Chambers Trials.
The mod also adds integration with Farmer villagers, who can sell different foods.
