This mod idea came up from an AboutOliver stream, where chat was complaining about bows not being predictable. An idea came up to give a bow 100% accuracy when first fully charged, then have that accuracy drop as it's held. That is the purpose of this mod.

Bows will be 100% accurate the moment they are fully charged up, and then the accuracy will steadily drop back to normal over the next 5 seconds.
