SilentLanding

SilentLanding is a Minecraft Fabric mod that gives you full control over fall damage and landing sounds.

It is perfect for content creators who want to prevent jarring damage sounds from ruining their recordings. You don't need to listen to the sound of pain every time you just want to build a pillar for your house.

• Customizable Height Thresholds: You can independently set the height at which fall damage occurs and the height at which landing sounds play.
• Silent Damage Mode: You can configure the mod so that you take fall damage but make no sound. This disables both the "thud" landing sound and the "oof" damage voice.

⚙️ Configuration

You can configure the mod settings in-game via Mod Menu (requires Cloth Config API).

1. Damage Threshold Height (Default: 3)
   • Falls below this height will cause 0 damage.
   • If you fall from a height higher than this, standard vanilla damage logic applies.
2. Sound Threshold Height (Default: 6)
   • Falls below this height will be completely silent.
   • Even if you take damage, the landing sound and damage voice will be suppressed.

Example Setup

• Damage Threshold = 3 / Sound Threshold = 10
  • Fall 3 blocks: No damage, Silent.
  • Fall 8 blocks: Damage taken, but Silent (No sound).
  • Fall 15 blocks: Damage taken, Loud sound (Vanilla behavior).

SilentLanding は、落下ダメージと着地音が発生する高さを自由にカスタマイズできるFabric製MODです。

動画投稿者向けにダメージ音が耳障りに収録されるのを防ぐ使い方もできます。家の柱を建てるだけなのに痛みに耐える音を毎回聞く必要はありません。

普段の快適なプレイのために、ダメージや音が鳴る基準を細かく設定できます。

✨ 主な機能

• 高さの閾値（しきい値）設定: 「どの高さからダメージを受けるか」「どの高さから音が鳴るか」を個別に設定可能です。
• サイレントダメージ: 「ダメージは受けるが、着地音やダメージ音声は鳴らさない」という設定も可能です。
• 軽量・最適化: プレイ中の動作に影響を与えないよう、処理を最適化しています。

⚙️ 設定方法

Mod Menu を導入することで、ゲーム内から設定を変更できます（Cloth Config API が必要です）。

1. Damage Threshold Height (デフォルト: 3)
   • この高さ以下の落下では、ダメージを受けません（ダメージ0）。
   • これより高い場所から落ちた場合は、通常通りのダメージ計算が行われます。
2. Sound Threshold Height (デフォルト: 6)
   • この高さ以下の落下では、完全に無音になります。
   • もしダメージを受ける高さであっても、着地音（ドスン）やダメージボイス（グハッ）は再生されません。

設定の例

• Damage Threshold = 3 / Sound Threshold = 10 の場合
  • 3ブロック落下: ダメージなし、無音。
  • 8ブロック落下: ダメージあり、ただし無音。
  • 15ブロック落下: ダメージあり、音あり（バニラと同じ挙動）。
