Not Simple Shields

This mod adds several new shields to the game, most with special abilities designed to aid the player in various aspects of the game. Below are all the shields, their recipes, and short descriptions! I hope you'll enjoy this mod! :D

All current shields:

💎 Diamond Shield - A very durable, hard-to-destroy shield.

⬛ Netherite Shield - The most durable, hard-to-destroy shield.

🧨 Creeper Shield - Pushes and launches the opponent into the air using a small explosion.

🧊 Ice Shield - Freezes the enemy for a few seconds, giving you time to escape.

🌵 Spiked Shield - While blocking, deals damage to the opponent.

🔥 Lava Shield - Burns the opponent for a few seconds, dealing damage

🌀 Ender Shield - On a successful shield block, when you crouch, shield teleports you to a safe nearby location up to 10 blocks away from your current location.

👻 Shadow Shield - Makes you invisible and fast for a few seconds, allowing you to escape.

🪞 Absorption Shield - When an opponent hits the shield, you gain one point of absorption, which you can then unleash on your next hit against any mob. You can achieve a maximum of 50 absorption damage.

🍾 Experience Shield - When you successfully block with a shield, you gain some experience instantly.
