If you are using a 1.1 version or lower and you want to update to the newest version please delete the last config.yml file or the plugin won't work!
In this update I made some improvements in the code and I added these features:
- Added an item and chance gui editor. New additem command "/rlc additem" (Thanks to
KroterPvP for this awesome suggestion now items and chances can be modified easily)

- Added new cords system so the users can completely restrict the area that the chests will spawn (that's why you must delete the last config file)
- Added "/rlc forcespawn" command to force spawn a chest

Custom remove cooldown.
