⛅ What It Does
Players can start a vote to change the weather. Once a vote begins, other players have a limited time to cast their vote. If a majority agrees, the weather changes.

Spoiler- /weathervote <sun|rain|thunder> to start/cast a weather vote
- /weathervote status to check voting progress (ops only)
- /weathervote reset (op-only) to cancel an active vote (ops only)
- Automatically ends early if all players have voted
- Configurable vote duration, cooldowns, and threshold
🔧 Configuration
Edit config/meteorolocracy.json to customize:
Spoiler- voteDuration – how long the vote lasts (in seconds)
- voteThreshold – percent of players needed to pass (example 0.53 = 53%)
- playerCooldown – how long a player must wait before starting another vote (ops dont count)
- endEarlyWhenAllVoted – whether voting ends early if everyone has voted
