Makes strongholds generate degraded portals. Degraded portals are unusable, which makes them unusable as a portal to The End
WARNING:
There is a small chance where the portal can be still usable.
The chance is 0.7^12 or ~1.4%. The chance for a world to have a usable end portal is (1-(1-~0.014)^128) or ~83.2%

Q&A
Will it be available for other modloaders and versions? I am lazy to port for the other modloaders, and i do promise that i'll port this mod to newer version.In short: do not expect any updates.
