Loot chests won’t generate diamonds, villagers won’t trade them, and mining won’t uncover any. This forces players to rely on iron or jump straight to netherite (if allowed), making survival harder, bosses stronger, and progression way slower. It turns the game into a more hardcore, grind-heavy experience where you have to adapt without one of Minecraft’s most important resources.
