A mod that adds a stamina system to the game has a maximum attribute
Stamina is used up by running, fast swimming, breaking blocks, and hitting mobs. Light blocks, such as grass, break for 2 stamina points, while heavy blocks break for 8 points (configurable).
Very cool for RPG modpacks that have leveling
