Spoiler: Setup
1. Use /kp setlobby to let the plugin know where to spawn players.
2. Go to the world called "ffa" using /kp map and build/place a map.

To explain the plugin more, here is some information about:
Spoiler: Kits
PremiumPvP's kit system allows you to create, edit and delete kits in game, you can do this all thru commands and GUI's.
Players can get kits by buying them in the kit shop or by unlocking them in a gear crate. They can also modify the layout of the items per kit for themself.
There is also a function to disable a kit, mostly used when a kit is poorly balanced and need to be changed asap. To do this, use /kit toggle <name>.
You can make kits by making them in your inventory, and using the kit create command to add it. (You can wear the armor)

You can set a bounty on a player by interacting with the "Bounty Hunter" npc. The server will also set a bounty on a player if he goes on a high killstreak (10 or above, yes this can happen randomly).
If you kill a player with a bounty, you will get their head in your inventory. If you kill a player with bounty head, you will get that head.
This head needs to be delivered to the "Bounty Boss" npc. You need to keep the bounty in your hand if you click on the boss.

There are 3 shops in total and there is a bank.
You can buy/sell banknotes at the bank. The bounty boss will pay using banknotes. You need to pay using banknotes at the shop, but don't worry u will get your change back!

There are a few abilities on the ability store. You can only have 3 abilities activated at once. You can upgrade your ability's level using Right Click on the item.

Once the server has 10+ players online, supplydrops will randomly spawn on configured places. (You can set spawnpoints using /supplydrop
addlocation <zone>). The zone is required to announce the location of the supplydrop. Supplydrops can contain: Arrows, Coins, Experience, Personal Boosters and Enderpearls.
You can also force a supplydrop to spawn, this way you don't need 10+ players. To do this, use /supplydrop spawn.

You can buy armor, weapons and enchantment books in the shops, to combine those together u can use the anvil. The anvil also costs you coins. Players can open a anvil by clicking on it. You have to enable the anvil using /anvil add when looking at this. This way u can also add anvils for decoration, without making them annoying for pvp

The plugin offers a solid grief protection system.
Players can not interact with anything, not even ignite tnt with flame arrows. You need to go in /kp buildmode to be able to interact with things.

When a player invites someone for a duel, they get a GUI. The host can configure the settings, kit and map here. Once he is done he can send the invite. Players can also spectate (if the duel allows spectators) by using /duel spectate <player>

PremiumPvP offers 3 types of crates: COLOR, TRAIL, SUFFIX, GEAR, GEARMIRACLE.
Color crate includes: All of your namecolors and chatcolors
Trail crate includes: All of your trails
Suffix crate includes: All of your suffixes
Gear crate includes: All of your kits, ability levelups and coins
Gear Miracle crate includes: All of your kits and abilities
To place a crate:
1. Go to buildmode (/kp buildmode)
2. Get a chest in your hand
3. Do /rename Crate: <type>
4. Place the chest
