Villager Override

by JSDfJ · on Modrinth

Allows you to override the biome skins of villagers. For example make every villager looks like a jungle villager.

Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

Mod loader

Minecraft version

⬇ Download for 1.21.6–1.21.11 · Fabric⬇ Download for 1.21.6–1.21.11 · NeoForge
I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Allows you to override the biome skins of villagers. For example you can make every villager looks like a jungle villager.

This mod is perfect if you want to share gameplay footage without revealing the location of your secret base!

Supported Platforms

Villager Override currently supports client-side for both fabric and neoforge. It has only been tested on 1.21.11, but it should work on anything after 1.21.6.

Dependencies

This mod requires both YACL and Architectury API to work.

Mod Menu is also strongly recommended on fabric as it is what allows you to configure the mod.

Configuration

The biome to override with can be configured by finding the config in your mod loaders mod list.
