This Plugin works with the 1.11.2 and 1.12 - on older versions not tested
There used random distributed craps - not premitive Java Random class
What does it mean?
If you set for example 25% of Diamond ore, 50% for Gold ore and 25% of Coblestone - then - if you mine 100 blocks - 25 blocks will be diamond, 50 is gold and 25 blocks is coblestone

skippedWorlds - list of worlds where plugin no take effect
levels - chances of ore generate for each island level. If you dont have installed SkyBlocks plugin - used level zero. Every level contains list of material and percent of choise him (from 1 to 100)
premium - list of permissions, wich must have player for use there sections - similar to section levels
The chance of using the material is considered for each specified level of the island separately and separately for each level in the premium section
What does it mean?
If two players on the island at the level of zero will simultaneously dig the ore, then the chance of drop will be calculated for them by two - the more players on one level, the more difficult it is for each of them to win ore, which encourages players to raise their islands or become members of the premium
