allay_regen
A serverside fabric mod that allows the user to configure lag friendly healing for allays, so that they don't die so frequently.

This mod heals allays in the world every set amount of time.
It's very lag friendly because it doesn't heall all the allays in a single tick, which could result in lag spikes if there are a lot of allays, instead it heals them gradually using the "maxAllaysPerHeal" value from the config.
