The Chorus Anywhere mod allows Chorus Flowers to be planted on not just endstone, but any block!
What this mod actually does:
Removes the hardcoded End Stone-only placement restriction. Lets Chorus Plants grow fully and correctly on any solid block. Makes Chorus Flower farming in the overworld or nether, much easier and more aesthetically pleasing No commands, no config files, just place and grow.
Also Makes building with these lovely plants much easier without having to use the End Stone texture in your build, or having to hide it
