- Split model: solid opaque frame + emissive lens (no transparency bugs).

Practical Additions is a Minecraft Forge mod for 1.16.5 that adds functional storage displays, a battery-powered Mining Helmet with a dynamic headlamp, and a rechargeable battery system — all designed to fit naturally into the vanilla Minecraft experience.

⛑️ Mining Helmet
A wearable iron-tier helmet with a built-in dynamic headlamp.
The light follows your exact look direction, including vertical movement. When the battery runs out, the light turns off automatically.
How It Works
- Craft the Mining Helmet.
- Equip it in your head slot.
- Insert a battery.
- The headlamp activates automatically.
- Battery drains over time while the light is on.

Decorative stands to display your headgear collection.
- Variants: Wooden, Metal, Stone.
- Usage:
- Right-click with head armor to place.

- Right-click with a different helmet to swap them instantly.
- Visuals: Helmets render realistically on the stand.
