It is very simple (kind of?)
Allay -> Vex- Give the allay any item
- Shift + Right-Click with an Ominous Bottle on the Allay to give it Bad Omen
- Wait the duration of the effect (4min)
- When the effect runs out the allay will become a vex
- Throw a splash potion of regeneration and weakness on the vex (if you are fast enough)
- Feed the vex Amethyst Shards
- Everytime you feed the vex 3 things could happen: It converts, it dies, or it chokes
- If it chokes it takes 1hp of damage (half a heart)
- If it dies, well it dies...
- If it converts it will become an allay
- Allays leave a particle trail that can be stopped by making it hold an Echo Shard or giving it Bad Omen
- Shift + Right-Click with a Milk Bucket on the Allay to remove its effects
- 2 new gamerules ("allowAllayVexConversion" and "allayParticleEffects") both by default true
- Vexes that come from conversion are weaponless (still hostile)
