With this mod installed, the passive mob count is lowered dramatically, and the hostile mobs are increaded substancially, along with some wolf ai changes, making them pretty much universally angry, but still tameable, along with iron golems now attacking untamed wolves to protect villages, and wolves now having a drop that you can eat, and feed to other wolves too (yuck!).
