License

GrimVeil is licensed under LGPL-3.0-only. Here's a quick list of things you can do, and can not do with the mod.

Allowed & Encouraged:

• Including GrimVeil in Mod-Packs (Public or Private)
• Creating Compatibility Mods, Integrations or Add-ons.
• Sharing feedback, bug reports, and suggestions

Strongly Discouraged, or Not Allowed:

• Editing or Redistributing modified versions of GrimVeil
• Forks intended to replace or compete with the project
• Reuploads that alter behavior.

Mod-Pack Creators:

• GrimVeil itself, must remain unmodified
• You do not need to open-source your Mod-pack

A config will be implemented into GrimVeil following the Overhaul update, for leniency and easy editing of Configs, Balance, or Mobs. Please wait Patiently, or suggest idea's to add for the configs.

This Modrinth page is the only distribution source. Other sites may reference the mod or have the file, but updates and files are maintained here.

For GrimVeil to be installed, it requires these dependencies.

• Fabric Loader
• Fabric API
• Terrablender 4.3.0.2

All dependencies are listed with the version download, and are all also available on Modrinth.

Grimveil is an atmospheric driven experience. Features and Behaviors are subject to change in future releases.

As an extra note. GrimVeil is actively being developed and refined. Future updates will focus on improving existing content, deepening the experience and atmosphere. Alongside adding new content, encounters, all while staying true to the mod's original direction.

A large Overhaul of GrimVeil is currently in development.

This overhaul focuses on improving and refining existing ideas rather than changing the core direction of the mod.

Please expect little updates until the overhaul is released. Here's a list of things to expect in preperation:

• Older worlds may not remain compatible (This will be taken into account, and avoided as much as possible)
• Changes in mechanics and balance
• Public details shared only when the update is ready.
