This mod adds a wand which is able to highlight block in two different ways.
You may craft the wand using blue grass which is found in the plains biome. Use one stick and one blue grass to get the shine wand.
In order to highlight a block use the /glint command + block pos. For the outline highlight use the /outline command + block pos.
