Spells of the Forgotten Witches adds a brand new structure that generates naturally in Swamp biomes — a hidden Witch Merchant Village, home to a unique tribe of witches who are neutral and friendly to the player, as long as you don't attack them.
Witch Merchants offer a variety of trades, exchanging rare resources for Ruby, a brand new ore that can be found underground in swamp areas. But don't expect them to trade with just anyone — first, you must earn their trust.
To unlock trading, speak with the Village Leader and complete her quests. Once you prove yourself worthy, the full range of trades will open up, giving you access to exclusive items and resources unavailable anywhere else in the game.
